Flame Retardant Additives

Sibeco is a key-supplier to all the industry segments using phosphorous based flame-retardant chemicals (See main markets & applications). Manufacturing plants

Sibeco flame retardant division has 2 production locations.  Both plants have been designed to guarantee excellent flexibility in approach: Tailor made formulas, small to large production-runs, high delivery reliability etc... .  One plant is located in Willebroek, Belgium, and the second plant in located in Offenbach (near Landau), Germany.

Because we believe in developing a strong sense of partnership with our customers, our specialists stand ready to assist, within the customers unnique production process.  We don't simply sell a top quality range of fire retardat and basic chemicals, we sell competence in chemistry, engineering and process know-how for the manufacture of our customers finished products.

Environment

One of the most complex problems of our time is the protection of the environment in which we all live.  The Sibeco Flame Retardant Additives for cellulose based applications have been developed on the synergetic effects of phoshate & nitrogen compunds which results in a total absence of biocides and hazardous substances.  This means that the protected wooden materials can be composted, wihich makes Ecologically Friendly regeneration possible.
