The four Sibeco divisions are profit centers, reporting directly to the Board of Management and bearing worldwide responsibility for their activities.
They all have the operational resources (R&D, production, marketing, sales and controlling), necessary to run their business.
The divisions were established on the basis of shared chemical-, food-, feed and technological features and the corresponding market segments.
Each division comprises business units which are responsible for their activities within the divisional structure.
They are organized to meet the specific requirements and opportunities of their
market-segment.
